We greatly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel. The property was an ideal place for enjoying a safe area, so close to restaurant and a tourist hub. Well-appointed room with all new appliances, the staff was really excellent.

Easy to find, as it is on the main highway through a very small town.

Weird and uncomfortable feeling. Water out for the first hour. Tried to charge extra for wifi, advertised as freely available in all areas. Charged an extra 3% for payment via visa credit card, and the accommodation was highly overpriced in the first place. Very ordinary rooms.restricted office hours limiting access to management, and many rules, also to make life easier for staff all combined to create the impression customer satisfaction was a low priority and that extracting the most money in the shortest possible time was paramount

The staff here are really knowledgeable and provide great service. the location is perfect—right near a pub and a restaurant on site, plus it’s close to the China Wall. Everyone here is friendly, making for a welcoming atmosphere. 😊.

Good location close to amenities. Rooms were clean and had all necessary amenities like a comfortable bed and air conditioning. We also appreciated the friendly staff who tried their best to help us.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the room and bathroom. The location was also convenient for accessing everything on the main road passing through town. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the on-site restaurant, Russian Jack, and appreciated its proximity to the IGA supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel website could be more clear about the opening times of the restaurant.

The on-site restaurant, Russian Jack, served delicious meals that had a great vibe. The staff here were so friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was top-notch, with a beautiful king-size bed and all the amenities we needed, including a toaster and microwave for breakfast. We also appreciated the free wifi and the fact that we were upgraded for free. this place exceeded our expectations with its prime location and amazing service.
